Snake Shorts

By now, everyone must be acutely aware of my affinity for shorts. Solidifying themselves as part of my year round “uniform”, my plethora of half-pants are (subjectively) some of the most transitional pieces in my wardrobe.

I like them mostly because of their convenience, but also because they kind of allow me to settle for a happy medium of legwear coverage…since 1) Pants are sometimes uncomfortable, and 2) leggings are much too ~exposing~ for someone as prudish as me (ha ha). For the past half decade of my life, shorts + tights have become somewhat of a second nature…so much so, that I forget that pairing the two together is kind of an innate contradiction. Nonetheless, I’m enjoying my last few weeks/months of stockingless legs…which comes part and parcel with revelling in these awesome snakeprint shorts. I’ve convinced myself that they go with everything I’ve ever owned, ever, and can definitely see them becoming one of my…many…go-to butt covers.
